What we Do
Our Services
CNC Machining
Our CNC shop is equipped to handle machining jobs of all shapes and sizes, ranging in complexity and volume. Our diverse set of 3-5 axis machines, along with our experienced technicians and partners, enables us to solve problems with tight geometries, short timelines, and large volumes. We are able to produce parts and tools with tolerances of +-0.0001. From prototype to production, we can get the job done!
Laser Welding
Our in-house laser welder allows us to fabricate parts, tools, fixtures, dies, and injection molds for clients across the United States. Our vision laser welder can join a variety of metals, ranging in material thickness from 20 micrometers to 2mm. This enables us to repair and fabricate tools made of almost any metal to the precision required by the project. Common laser-welding projects we see in the shop are mold repair and tool fabrication.
Rapid Prototyping
Our rapid prototyping services allow product designers, engineers, manufacturers, and entrepreneurs get their hands on prototypes within weeks, allowing for rapid testing and iteration. We have a range of 3-5 axis CNC machines that can achieve a precision in the tenths, allowing us to create prototypes with advanced geometries under tight tolerances.
What to Expect
Our Process

Define Your Problem & Needs
Our team will get in contact with you for a meeting to introduce ourselves as well as to go over all aspects of your project, from the quantity of parts required to specifications and timelines. We can work with CAD files provided to us or design your parts with our in-house software based on your specifications and needs.
See Your End Product
After we have a clear understanding of your project requirements, we will present you with a comprehensive proposal that outlines the specifics of your project, including machine labor, materials used, quality control, programming, shipping/packaging, and the total cost. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality parts and tools at a reasonable price.

Creating Your Components
After we have an agreement, your materials will be ordered, and the design files will be converted to G-code, which will then be verified by our technicians. Our CNC machines will then be prepared, stocked, and run to create your custom components. Your parts will then move into post-processing, where any finishing or assembly that is required will be completed.

Direct Delivery Across The USA
We perform thorough quality inspections before packaging to ensure every part meets your specifications. Our team can personally deliver up to 3–4 pallets of parts anywhere within Wisconsin, Minnesota, or the Chicago area—free of charge. We also manage and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments nationwide, and international shipping can be arranged upon request.

Fix New Issues That Arise
Our goal isn’t only to find you cost-effective solutions to complex machining problems, but to be a reliable, trusted partner that you can rely on for future issues. With our 5-axis machining capabilities and ability to find solutions to problems other machinists can’t, we can be relied on to keep you up and running. We can travel off-site to assess your unique situation across the country. We also offer maintenance plans to local manufacturers to minimize as much downtime as possible.
